If you're gonna vape, you need to come here. They've got such a great selection of juices, batteries, tanks, etc! Better than that, they've got the best team! When I started several years ago, they set me up with the perfect equipment and gave me all the info I needed to start. As my needs have evolved, I was guided through the options and set up with the right stuff again! They are the friendliest and most knowledgeable in their field! Love these guys!

Most Professional Vapor Shop in NWA. Well trained staff. They carry only the best, no Junk, no knock offs. They carry parts for what they sell and know how to use the items they sell. We are new in town and looking for our shop.  Heard this was the place to check out so we did.  This is by far the best, most comfortable shop I have ever found.  I have been in shops all over the country and this is hands down the best one I have ever been in.  Great selection and prices, very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and not pushy.......these guys are totally worth checking out!  I have found my exclusive shop!

  • Electronic cigarettes and accessories are an evolving technology. They are constructed of non-durable replaceable components with a limited life span.   
  • All components are considered disposable and will require frequent replacement (i.e Battery, Coils, Atomizers, Cartomizers). 
  • The life span of any individual part is unpredictable.  Depending on many factors, the atomizer may last 1 day or 1 month and everything in between.   
  • The Velvet Vapor will only guarantee that components are functional at the time of sale.
  • *Only items that are DOA (Do not work the first time used) at time of purchase will be warrantied. Excluding Atomizers and Cartomizers. 
  • For individual manufacturers warranty refer to owners manual. Please keep receipt with box in order to make a manufacturer warranty claim.  Standard manufacturer warranties are 90 days from date of purchase.  Please retain package and receipt. 


*We do not accept returns/exchanges on any liquid products irrespective of whether or not they have been opened or used.

Dispose of all battery cells and chargers in accordance to local laws and mandates.
